Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our customer support email and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.After review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and fragrance products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used cannot be returned or refunded.
Unopened products in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
#Opened or used perfumes.
Products with broken or removed seals.

Clearance, promotional, or final sale items.
# Products damaged after delivery.


Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

If you are located within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable laws.


Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, including fragrance products.
